WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
This training workshop is designed to help leaders develop the skills and knowledge necessary to build a performance culture within their organizations. The program will focus on developing practices, rituals, symbols, and behaviours that will enable sustained superior performance and future-proof the organization. Through interactive activities and practical exercises, participants will learn to identify the core values and purpose of their organization, develop a vision for a performance culture, and create a plan for building and reinforcing this culture. Participants will also learn how to create a system for feedback and recognition, develop a process for goal setting and tracking progress, and identify and address potential barriers to a performance culture.
