CREATING A SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE CULTURE

WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

This training workshop is designed to help leaders develop the skills and knowledge necessary to build a performance culture within their organizations. The program will focus on developing practices, rituals, symbols, and behaviours that will enable sustained superior performance and future-proof the organization.
