This workshop begins by introducing the fundamental concepts of risk management, emphasizing the importance of a proactive and integrated approach to identify, assess, and respond to risks. Participants will gain a solid understanding of the ERM framework, including risk identification, risk assessment, risk response and risk monitoring.

Real world case studies and examples will be used to illustrate the application of ERM in different industries and organisational context.
