WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
BBS is a modern safety tool of behavioural science to ensure zero unsafe behaviour to result in “zero-incident zero harm”. To empower and enable every employee as well as each associate on company premises to involve and be an active BBS Observer for “spot correction of every small at-risk behaviour of your colleagues around on daily basis and value human life”. Spot correction is your quickest response to any smallest at-risk behaviour being done by anyone. This is an easy and proven method for everyone to go back to his/her family without even a small injury. Company performance and the well-being of individuals are closely connected. BBS is an integral part of our business, performance, and EHS policies.
