Sabine Lehner is a Senior Transformation Advisor, Senior Change & Project Manager, Facilitator and Executive Coach with a passion to enable people.
She specialises in transformation management and facilitates change journeys using a blended approach of co-creation, creativity methodologies, solution focused coaching, consulting, and change management. Her clients embark with her to new solutions, learning and organizational development in a wide range of industries including Public Sector, defence, telecommunications, financial services, chemical-pharmaceutical, infrastructure, mining, higher education and online platform services in Austria, Switzerland, Germany, USA, Australia, and Singapore.
Sabine designed and facilitated client innovation journeys to solve complex customer service challenges, organisational transformation, culture change, and other service and process design challenges. She facilitated ‘critical lessons learned’ journeys for various multi-million Euro programs in the Public Sector in Germany and Austria. She also led the team in the concept co-design and prototyping of an Artificial Intelligence solution to improve customer and employee experience at an online pre-payment service provider.
In Central Europe Sabine led the Innovation & Design Thinking Team at a Global Consulting Company and authored the academic publication ‘Change Leadership’.
