Andrea Carnino is a seasoned procurement and consulting professional with over 15 years of experience spanning Europe and Asia-Pacific. As a Principal Consultant at Argon & Co., Andrea specializes in driving value through cost savings, improving supplier relationships, and developing the capabilities of clients’ procurement teams. His expertise covers a wide range of procurement projects, both in direct and indirect categories, supporting organizations to achieve operational excellence and strategic sourcing objectives.

Andrea holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Master of Engineering from Politecnico di Torino. His diverse career includes roles at renowned companies such as ArcBlue (part of Bain & Company), Vodafone Australia, Woolworths, Reckitt Benckiser, and Ferrero, where he led significant procurement initiatives. As a certified trainer with ACLP accreditation from IAL Singapore, Andrea has also led training and capability development programs for various organizations, including The Singapore Institute of Management (SIM), ComfortDelGro, Ninja Van, Telenor, MISC, and AIA.

His extensive experience includes leading cost-saving projects for multinational clients like REC Solar, Mondelez, Fonterra, and Indorama Ventures. Andrea also managed a significant AU$ 40M+ tender at Vodafone Australia for a BPO (customer care center) and handled the source-to-contract cycle at Woolworths for a portfolio of AU$ 180M+, managing key categories such as packaging, IT, and marketing. Notably, at Ferrero, he led projects related to sustainable and environment-friendly packaging, further showcasing his commitment to innovation and sustainability in procurement.
