WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

This masterclass has been designed as an advanced program to:

• Understand key management practices for the planning and implementation of IT Solutions, including Pragmatic practices, tools and techniques for:
  • waterfall IT Project Management
  • agile, SCRUM and scaled agile IT Product development, including an introduction to DevOps
  • hybrid (waterfall and agile) pratices

The masterclass helps attendees to understand (and through practical exercises) tailor and apply waterfall and agile practices, tools and techniques.
